Riley let his calculating eyes roam over the ocupants of the room. There was a red-headed girl who looked a little younger then him; her lips were set in such a way that it made Riley think that she was trying to keep from appearing upset. There was another girl who looked around the same age and she seemed petulant, like a pouting child.Then there was the blonde boy, who looked even younger then both of them, and he just looked.....Well, neutral. Riley couldn't get a read on him - other then that he was nonchalant. Lastly there was a guy with dark hair cropped short who looked a little older then Riley himself.

Thanks to his observant nature, Riley noticed some sort of communication going on between the older guy and the blonde girl. Riley saw her lips move and saw him smile. Maybe the guy could read lips, Riley speculated.

His gaze slid over to the blonde boy when he spoke. Riley was immediatly interested. The boy spoke in a monotone; not interested but not exactly uninterested either. It was strange. Riley couldn't help but be intrigued. He mentally slapped himself. No, he had to focus. He couldn't get into psychiatrist mode here. He had to focus.
