Jade wasn't going to lie: He was glad that Renee wasn't being so girly about the whole ordeal. And he was even more thankful when she emerged from behind the girls' van with two convenient buckets which he took in his hand. He ran the other hand through his hair with the hint of a smile playing at his lips, "Well, it would be nice but... the others have a point. It is getting pretty dark. Do you think it's really safe to go trekking through the woods at this point?"
Mind you, Jade was not afraid of the woods--he was man enough to take it; however, it still didn't sound like a smart idea and he'd hate to dea; with a scared girl.
((I think I've discovered the cause for Jade's sexist tendencies: He's insecure about his own manliness. -shot- Speaking of it getting dark, Are they all gonna wait until morning in RP to start exploring?))
