‘Tap tap tap.’ went Maud’s fingertips as she lightly drummed her tea cup, pretending to mule over about the queen’s request; of course a couple of solutions had come to mind immediately. Maud however had always been a little pity about such things, preferring to make people anxious or just plain annoyed. Weather this was foolish considering who she was doing it to, she didn’t care. “I wouldn’t think with your many followers you’d have so much trouble of finding a couple of mere misfits.” She teased a mocking tone underlining it. She continued before the queen could reply.

“There are ways.” She continued . “I know curses that would do the trick but all of them require hard to find ingredients, some of which I don’t have available here.” She made a small motion behind to where shelves were overflowing with sealed flasks and paper pages. “I could use a spell to find the location of their base but I would need someone who has pervious knowledge of it’s were abouts, if their base is protected by magic however it might take a lot longer than we would want to wait.”

She leaned back in her seat. “You and I both know according your feedback of their recent activity we might not have the time, before they make their move.” She stopped there letting the thoughtful silence came back to the room. Picking up her cup she downed the rest of it in one gulp, getting up she moved to the back of the room leaving the queen to think about what she said. She refilled her glass as well as making another for the queen not bothering with sugar or milk consider she had known anyways, she would have to drink it black or not at all. She carried it back sat herself down placing the tea in front of the queen and awaited her thoughts on the matter.
