"Misfits can be most unpleasant if grouped together under a single goal," said Grimhilde, patiently waiting for Madu to stop speaking, as she accepted the tea which was placed in front of her. She brought the concoction to her nose and took a whiff, savoring both the smell of the tea and checking whether or not there was anything in it which was unpleasant. Grimhilde was good with poisons and fancied herself able to distinguish something poisoned from something which was safe. However, one could never be sure.

"Curses are a lovely idea, Maud," Grimhilde smiled and took a sip of the tea. It was bitter stuff, yet pleasantly so. "Yet, you are right, we have not the time which would make something as such possible." She set the teacup back down on the table and leaned back in her seat, thinking.

But they could not merely sit on by and idly sip tea while the Resistance came a-knocking. "We must fortify our defenses and those who stand with us," Grimhilde said, her eyes flashing as she got into a more 'all business' mood. "I shall be in need of charms and enchantments for the most elite of my followers. I trust you have what you need for such an endeavor, and if you are lacking in something, then I trust it will be acquired. Charms and enchantments for now, then. And if there is a curse which is easily done, then that would be very pleasing."

Grimhilde smiled and got up from her seat, taking her golden mirror. "I will leave you with your dinner, Maud. If you have need of anything, do come by."

"I am doing well, thank you. Have either of the two of you seen Karen?" Lottie inquired, looking first at Goldie and then at Lykos. There were things she wished to discuss with Karen relating to the torture and butchering of those who did not comply. Lottie was rather fond of Karen, but not fond enough to feel any sympathy. Nobody deserved sympathy, for they should grow themselves a spine.

"And I am sure our Queen would be most pleased with new servants, Miss Goldie. 'Tis good that things are going well." She turned to Lykos, her social smile still plastered across her face. "Are you going to see her Majesty, Mr. Lykos? I have heard that she is in good spirits lately."

Lottie heard the sound of cobbled feet and turned, only to see Karen. "I have been looking for you," she said, tilting her head as a hello of sorts.
