Tsuna covered a cough with his palm as he passed Kouta to Reika, he winced inwardly as each cough felt like a knife going down his throat. He calmed himself, wiping the blood on his hand on the inside of his pants pocket. The headache had gotten significantly worse, Kouta's voice almost fading under the pounding.

He didn't look to either Gokudera or Yamamoto, knowing the pain he was in would be evident in his expression as he hid his face behind his bangs and kept his eyes to the floor.
