As Ace tried to create some distance from Blitz, the material mage had caught on and was charging with spring feet towards him. Trying to create a portal to catch Blitz, Ace's timing was slighty off as a portal appeared a foot behind Blitz. Bracing for the impact, Blitz's punch sends Ace flying a few feet, hitting the ground hard. Ace lies there for a moment trying to get back up as he glances towards the guild to see Nevark watching the ensuing battle. A feeling of shame hits the mage, he probably had disappointed his grandfather yet again. Rising up as quickly as he can , Ace reloads his guns in a matter of seconds before signalling for Blitz to come at him again.
