Nathaniel cocked his head as Chris suddenly cut off from what he was saying as if he was upset about it. Was the subject of a family wrong to bring up with him? Nathan personally thought it was a happy thought, a life rearing pups with your mate but if it brought sadness to his friend he would push it no further. His question was returned to both him and Raine and he shot a glance to the elf, wondering if they were indeed going to stay with each other. In all honesty he would say yes in a heartbeat, he was a pack animal, born to stay with others but if he wasn't wanted then he would once again venture on his own no matter how much the thought broke him. Her answer eased him though as it seemed she was at peace with them traveling with one another after their final fight. "Well of course we'll be capable of wandering. You must keep positive Raine. I'm completely up for traveling with you, perhaps we could find some place more accepting of our kind to settle down at. I've been wanting to search for more of my kind as well so maybe I'll do that for a time. Who knows but as long as Raine doesn't mind me lurking about then I'll probably stay by her side for the remainder of my time." Quite a vow of time to make but considering he hadn't seen a sign of his kind so far it was highly unlikely any were left. If that was the case then these two were the only pack connections he had and he would stay with them as he would have his own family.
