Zet listened to Marina's words. They comforted him, though he still was nervous naturally. Although he was kind of excited as well. He never visited any of the other kingdoms before so surely this would be an adventure. Any adventure with Marina was good in his book. "Well then I cannot wait to meet your family. Perhaps it is just Krovi tradition that fathers always give boys who want to date their daughters hell. Not that our numbers surpass about a hundred or so, but still."

The thought though was still in his mind. Sure if the other Aquarians were like Marina everything would be fine. What id they didn't quite take so well to the Krovi name. Surely someone had hear the rumors there. The Krovis. A traitorous clan that does the unthinkable. Slaying an ally in cold blood. It wasn't true, it was simply one man that did so. The possibility was still there though, but he tried to shove the thoughts away. Negativity would get him no where.

"My family? Well to tell you the truth we aren't exactly as trusting as the Aquarians, however, the Krovis judge solely on the person before them. Not race, not rumors, nothing like that. We don't even have anything against Shadelians as long as they aren't trying to kill us. If you are a good person the Krovis will see that. They will have no problem with you Marina, trust me. They will fall for you as quickly as I have."

Zet's words were true, although he knew that even if their families hated them being together, he wanted nothing to change. It just made things harder, but opinions could be changed. You just had to keep trying to change them for the better was all.
