Matt leaned up against the door. It was never going to open. He felt sorrow drift through him as he realized he was trapped. He felt like he could almost cry. Almost. But there must be a way out somewhere. There had to be.
His eyes had adjusted to the dark more now and he, still slowly, walked back down the steps. Once at the bottom, he began walking along the wall. He felt something under his foot. He reached down and picked it up. He moved it closer to his eyes so he could see it more clearly.
"Jesus Christ!" He exclaimed as he saw a human finger in his hand. There was still some flesh left on it...
He felt the need to vomit. His stomach felt as if it were doing flips inside him. What kind of place was this? This was hell! In a panic, he tried to run back to the steps and tripped over something else. He was afraid to look at it this time. He looked at it, his anxiety reaching it's highest point.
He had tripped over chains that were hung to the wall with a skeleton still attached. His heart skipped a beat. His hand shot into his pocket and came out with more Black Orb. When he took it, he felt a little better.
