Joy walked through the hallways, unsure of what to do. A few hours ago she had woken up in a strange kitchen, dusty pots and pans lining the walls and a black stove with charred wood inside. For some reason, she knew her name was Joy...but everything else was a blank. Upon further inspection, she realized she was inside some kind of old, rundown castle. She'd yet to find anyone; was she alone?
Walking along she noticed a heavy, wooded door with a thick chain locking it. "I wonder what's down there." Joy muttered, approaching the imposing doorway. She unlatched it and heaved the door open, which took a couple tries - she wasn't Wonder Woman or anything. Yanking the door free, she heard something moving down the steep stairs that led to darkness. "Um...is someone down there?"
