Marina smiled as he took her hand.
"Still, it makes me uncomfortable to have him afraid of me." She said, following them along the corridor.
She looked around the stables, looking at all of the different horses. Personally she had never ridden a horse, using animals for such things wasn't considered a very good thing among her people, but she had to admit they were beautiful creatures. When Zet told her to choose one, she raised an eyebrow at him.
"I'm not sure about horses so I wouldn't be very good at picking. But if we're allowed to..." She said, looking over at the guard who nodded hesitantly after glaring at Zet.
She looked back at the horses, wanting to make a descision quickly. The longer they spent getting ready, the less time they would have to track down Ryu or whatever was using his name and right now that was her priority. Nothing else mattered until she could find out what was going on.
"That one, if it's alright." She said, pointing to a tall white horse. It seemed quite strong and since they were sharing a horse and didn't know if they would be bringing anyone back, it seemed like an appropriate choice.
The guard nodded again and Marina watched as he went to get the horse out.
"I hope you realise I have never ridden a day in my life." She murmured to Zet.
