Nathaniel watched as the man’s nerve wavered after Chris spoke then he tensed once the words wanted dead left the commander’s mouth. This apparently wasn’t going to end without a fight, it seemed no words would get them out of this mess. Chris spoke again but it only ended in the human commander angered as he called for Brekka. At this call, Nathaniel immediately jumped from his seat, tossing his cloak aside while the Brekka clawed their way into the building. It was in the blink of an eye that the beasts attacked, one towards Raine, the other straight towards him with fangs bared. He barely had time to react, merely dropping to the floor in order to miss the deadly teeth. Whirling around, he leapt in hopes of latching onto the Brekka’s back before it had the chance to do the same to him.
