"I have to go to the Prince. He has requested my presence more times than one!" Mouse pulled against Raja's tight hold, trying to break free to run to her current Master. The woman gripped the flailing girl tighter and tried to hold her still. "You will see him soon, but now you have to sit still." Mouse looked at the sword maker with rage and wanted to hurt this woman for denying her needs, but fought against it because of what Raja did for her. She was forever grateful, but the mere presence of the Prince's power made her blood run cold and burn bright with excitement at the same time. Her eyes kept darting between the man and her Prince as they continued to argue over ownership of her. 'I'm not a piece of property!' Mouse kept her angry thought silent because good little girls were loyal and only spoke when spoken to.

Mouse was a good little girl and sat there quietly with Raja. Inside her head was a different story though. She was bursting free of this annoying hold and running to her Prince, axe ready and body ready to jump at the next command. He would smile and locked the shackles around her arms. "Kill them all," he would say. She would now her head and stain the air red with the enemies' blood. "Mouse!" Raja shook the dazed girl's shoulder and told her to pay attention and listen. The small girl shook her head and forced herself to focus on the all too important words of the Prince. Good little girls listen when their names are called. Good little girls keep their heads down and respect their masters.

The girl turned her head away from the argument and spotted another shadow darting in and out of the moon's all knowing light. Dancing with the shadows and laughing with the stone faced warriors in line. It took some time, but the shadow finally stepped into the light and his face was revealed. "Zhao?" Mouse shook her head once again and blinked a couple of times before looking again. But it didn't change anything. She raised her voice and called out yet again, ignoring Raja's command for silence. "Zhao." He must not have heard her call. The guard watched the captain stand next to the Prince, joining in on the strange discussion. "Let me go!" Mouse struggled once again in the hold, but that only made the arms dig in harder cutting into her paper-thin skin. 'Just let me go. I need to protect the Prince. For that is what my life is dedicated to. Nothing more, nothing less.
