He leaped into the air, and shot out a flying kick, hoping it would catch Scout off guard: regardless if it hit or not, he slid backwards to make distance, and began to power up, DBZ style, with the aura, shouting, and all.

He charged: once he was in close enough range, he tossed a hard fist, engulfed in aura, and possibly Bio-electricity. in a split second, he aimed the attack best he could for the face, the sheer weight of the energy in his fist making him lower the attack down towards the body, likely the chest.
