beldur raised a brow as vin seemed to be upset but snapped his mind back as the sword cut his cloth allowing him to complete the spell. when she arrived late beldur looked a bit worried and a bit confused. how did she get so bruised. andher hand was bleeding again. he hopped down and led them out of the forest on a hunters path away from the main track. it being winter there wernt many animals to bother them just a few rabbits and birds passed them "vin? are you ok? what happened?"he asked worriedly as he took her hand and staretd bandaging her hand up after making sure the other grey wardens were fine. he then got a wet cloth and started wiping at the mud on her. he decided to ask who the person he was staring at was becuase there would ne no way she would talk about such things now.

they walked for a few more miles before setting up camp again to rest, beldur told the grey wardens to get some firewood and hunt for some food if they can. they had enough for another day or two but it wouldnt hurt to have a bit more. he himself set up the camp, staretd the fire with what little wood he had left and filled all the waterskins. the forest was warmer than the mountains so he put all the coats on their wagon "vin could you get some more water for the pot please? and perhaps any circular leaves from bushes if there are any" he was going to boil the water and make a sort of soup , using the leaves if he got any to add to said soup to make it help relieve pain. becuase assuming there are mroe tempalrs around chacnes are pain is something he and everyone will get in ample supply. he also thought about teaching the grey wardens to make basic healing salves so he wouldnt ened to watch over them as carefully. becuase he still felt like he failed in that reagrd and so he wanted them to be able to help themselves while he also helped them
