Althea just stood and blinked for a moment as Xouge walked outside.
What the hell?
Althea may not have met a great deal of people but this guy was the strangest person she had ever met. First he stalked her, then he wouldn't answer any of her questions and then he just did as she said, with a little poetical comment as well. He just didn't make any sense whatsoever.
She frowned, he had left the building but she couldn't hear him walking away. What was he doing?
Sighing slightly, she composed herself and walked over to the door, opening it gently.
He was just standing there.
Althea may not have asked for a partner, and certainly not one like this, but she knew she would need help to get through all this. Time to throw away her suspicion, Aelthar was what was important. She had to keep up the facade until she got the crown, no matter what happened.
"We leave just before first light." She said, holding the door open for him to come inside.
