"Hold still Mouse," came a whisper through ages long past, "You must hold your body still, else you shall receive physical hurts." The whisper then began to chant, rising and falling, from whispers to shouts it came. Shadowy mist flowed across black marble, seemingly from nowhere, but coming in all directions. The mist began to rise softly, shaping itself into an image that only she could see, as the voice paid no attention to either one. Screaming could be heard, followed by a long cry of "NO!" She collapsed then, eyes wide open, the look of sheer terror etched onto her face. Sighing softly, the voice stepped into the mist's form, expelling the image completely. "Mouse," the voice came closer, "She is gone, and I am here. She abandoned you, little Mouse," a hand began to pet her hair softly, "I will always be here."
Green eyes opened to a dimly lit room, as Allister came back to himself. You broke her, Allister, came the whisper of the dark wings, She was to be yours completely, until that day. Nodding to himself, he stood tall, watching the three Lich make their final preparations, She was mine, but then she left me with only a scar. He was referring to the bite mark upon his left forearm, and rubbed it absentmindedly. Why would would she leave me, he wondered to himself, she was to be perfection incarnate. Sighing aloud, he shook his head quickly, watching as his hair swished back and forth in front of his face. His sigh had caught the attention of the Lich King, who began to hover closely to him.
"Is everything well within your mind, Allister?" It whispered in a far away voice, "You are not thinking of retreating from our deal, correct?" It spoke of the deal which Allister was to become a Lich within the next decade. A bargain he was never going to keep, and was willing to keep that secret close to his slowly beating heart. Within his mind, he seethed with anger at the cost of such power, but admitted that it was reasonable. he was, after all, asking the Lich King to risk it's unlife. A forced smile plastered against his face, Allister stared into it's crimson eyes and said, "Do you take me for a fool, Lich King? I have no intention of backing from this, not when I shall obtain greater power." Yes, his mind whispered, and once I obtain this, you, and your minions, will bow down to me. Nodding, the Lich King was about to turn from him, when it stopped and asked, "Where is Mouse?"
"She will be here," he said, "Raja knows that she will die if she does not bring her. She will come." He stood tall once more, and glared down the creature before him.

Jaara stood in the darkness, hoping, waiting, praying to whatever dark gods were listening. Wanting his servants to find his prey, and for a few hours, began to despair. Moments passed, seconds, minutes, until a soft ray of violet shown down from the heavens. A light that only he, and a select few, could truly see. "Have you found them," he asked the light, "Have you found the hunters that my master seeks?" From within the light, and orb of iridescence rose up from the ray of light, and shot out, traveling towards the town in the northeast. "How fun," he grinned, "I shall enjoy this hunt." Laughing maniacly, his form began to shift, changing into a wolf. He then sped off, running faster than any normal wolf should, wondering, hoping, wanting, needing.
