Fate or not, we're together now." He smiled as he rubbed her hand a bit, in a reassuring manner. He didn't need to keep two hands on the Reigns at all times, he could afford to let go with one hand at this point.

After Marina asked what could be doing this, there was a decent sized silence. Zet wasn't sure how to answer at first. After a bit though he sighed. "I'm not sure really... I don't think whoever, or whatever it is, it's targeting us. If it was targeting us, then it would want to get to us as quick as possible. I think it just wants to kill. It's either trying to further soil Ryu's name, or is just using him as a scapegoat to throw people off his trail. I don't see any other explanation that isn't completely insane..."
