Marina listened carefully to what he said.
It did make sense. If whoever was doing these attacks was after them, surely they would have appeared before now. She felt quite sad when Zet mentioned about Ryu, why would anyone want to do that to his name? It didn't seem right.
"I can't believe someone would want to do this to Ryu, he never posed a threat to anybody. He is... was, one of the gem wielders. How could someone live with themselves as they ruined the name of one who wanted to try and help stop this war."
She sighed, looking ahead sadly.
Things had started out so well for their group, it had seemed like their journey would run smoothly. But then as soon as they got to the palace, everything began to go wrong.
Marina was just glad she had Zet with her, she wasn't sure what she would have done without him.
"We should try and cover as much ground as we can, whoever it is they could be hiding anywhere." She murmured quietly, starting feel more and more dread about this situation.
