Katt's attention was fully on the alien that had spoken. Her ears were perked up, and her tail swayed back and forth. She was most curious about these new aliens, they looked like the people of Kolob, but they had pointed ears. She had of 'God' before, but wondered who 'her Imperial Majesty, the Empress of Yiffieria Prime' was. It must be their ruler....or something like that. Then one of her ears twitched as she remembered something. She HAD heard of 'Yiffieria' once before, from her own ruler back on her home world. She couldn't quite remember why her old ruler had mentioned them though. She cast a sideways glance at Tasha, wondering if her pet was picking up on any of her thoughts, she knew Liz's could. She looked back to the alien, thoughts of her home planet flashing through her mind, tying to settle on where she had heard of these aliens before. All she could think of however, were all the bad moments she had with her old ruler. Her ears lowered a little, and the mean expression seemed to grow worse as sadness settled in her heart. She still missed her old home, even after all that had happened, and it made her even more sad to know that. She had hoped that being here and getting to know the people who lived here would help ease that sadness. As the sad feeling got deeper, a shot of pain went through her bad leg. Her tail twitched with the pain, and she winced. She shifted her weight again, taking all her weight off her right leg, wondering only briefly why it was bothering her more than usual today.

Liz watched as the aliens came off the ship with some worry. She was mostly watching Katt, noticing that her friend was acting different than normal.
These aliens are making her think of her home. She is very sad right now.
Liz almost jumped, she had forgot that Dawn could pick up on her own thoughts. So Katt was sad, that explained why she seemed different. She saw Katt shift her weight, and looked to Dawn.
"Her leg?"
It's been hurting more than it normally does lately. She is most worried about it.
Liz looked back to her friend. "I'm worried about it too, I thought maybe that I was imagining things when I noticed her limp was worse." Dawn said nothing to this, she rubbed against Liz's neck. Liz raised her had and petted Dawn, knowing that her furry friend was trying to make her feel better.
