Marielle was eager to take the alien leader up on her offer of a tour. Her marines were also trained in intelligence gathering, so having a few of them accompany her while the others mingled with the curious aliens would be beneficial to the overall mission. From all the excited drivel these aliens would heap upon them, Marielle and her marines could quickly discern these aliens' strengths, weaknesses, and origins. Still, Marielle wasn't stupid. She could tell Tasha and some of the other aliens were a bit wary of her and her fellow Yiffierians; as were their little pets. Marielle was beginning to sense those little creatures were smarter than their cute, cuddly little bodies lead her to believe. She had to chose her words and actions carefully, knowing full well that one false move could not only endanger the mission, but the lives of her crew. Twenty-six marines, 18 astronauts, 12 airmen, and two fighting vehicle crews were no match for a hundred aliens; especially if their ship was shot down here, in the atmosphere.

"I would be delighted to have a tour," Marielle said with a smile, keeping her ears pricked in alert. Scanning the crowd, her eyes caught sight of an alien, different from all the rest, that seemed to have animal paws in place of feet, animal ears, and a tail. She couldn't help but cock her ears in curiosity. What's one of her kind doing here? thought Marielle to herself. She gave the alien a funny look.
