Plan B would have been more exciting.” She pouted sarcastically then turned to smirk at Elliott. “Oh and by the way, “drown them” was a figure of speech. Weather is boring… I was thinking more of a mass “serial killer” with the D-15 bullets.” She chuckled darkly. “That would have been fun.” Nodding at Thane, she brought out a few maps of the city from a bookshelf behind her. While she was spreading them out on the table, Thane and Jessie exited the room. Sighing she turned to Elliott.

“It looks like it’s just you and me, blondey. Let’s see here… Where would there be the most useless people in the city?” She looked over the map. The city was large with many neighborhoods and clusters of buildings. Some parts of the city were not as nice looking as like D.A.N. office building area. The office building was located almost in the middle of the city. However, more of the rundown areas were around the edge. This means that the team might have to go long distanced to find a really ghetto part of town.

“How about here?” She asked gliding one black nailed finger across the edge of the map. If we head to the outskirts of the city and then gradually come inward, we are likely to gain some souls.” She closed her eyes and thought over what equipment they would need. “We will need a really rundown car, radios to keep in touch, and a type of D-15 weapon. Needles would be boring. Daggers might anger the workers cause of the wounds it would make. I could soak my whip in D-15, but that might cause our targets to scream.”The psychotic grin twitched. “A sniper gun would be awesome, one with a silencer… What do you think blondey?” The smile stayed and her eyes looked a bit darker. She was the image of insanity.
