Talon was slightly surprised when Ari offered him the primary position on the bike. He didn't quite understand why he would be, he didn't realise her attachment to the machine. At least not consciously, he was only off put by the fact that until now she had been the one leading their travels and driving. It was perhaps because she seemed to trust him with her safety, motorcycles being rather dangerous if poorly control. He paused, looking at her to truly see if she trusted him. He could discern nothing that hinted it, instead he spotted something in her mismatched eyes he did not understand. He turned away and took up position on the bike, finding a comfortable balance. By sudden impulse he glanced down at himself and realised that he was a mess. He still wore his now gritty and blood stained singlet and patches of blood had dried on his bare arms, stark against the white skin. As Ari mounted the bike behind him he kicked up the stand and spoke over his shoulder.
"First I need to get fresh clothing." He told her in his slow, defined speech. Suggesting great thought although it was a simple idea. When he was sure the woman was secure he twisted the key and felt the hydrogen powered engine whirl to life beneath him.

He lightly twisted his right hand and was answered with a powerful whirl as the engine spun. He kept the beast leashed, gripping the brake quickly running over the X-120's basic statistics that he could remember. Once he was certain that Ari was securely seated he brought his fingers off the brake and feet off the ground. The X-120 swift flashed forward, out of the alley and into the light of the street. He twisted the vehicle down the correct lane, summoning more power to send the sleek machine sprinting down the mostly empty street. He kept one red eye alert for a small clothes shop. It wasn't long before the found one. A small casual shop selling cheap, non-designer clothes. He drew up the Yamaha next to the shop and dismounted, leaving the engine running and key for Ari.
"This won't take long." He ensured her as he walked inside. It didn't, the rather relaxed man at the desk started as Taloned entered. The usual reactions many people exhibit when confronting Talon for the first time. The albino merely ignored the man and proceeding to scan the hangers. He quickly picked out a simple shirt and hoodie from among the racks. Ripping the price tags off and lifting the ruined singlet over his head. His torso was pockmarked with twisted skin not to dissimilar to scars, the results of extensive morphing. He quickly pulled the fresh shirt over his head, followed by the cover-all hoodie. Dumping the singlet on the floor her returned the counter where the obviously frightened attendant stood nervously. Talon wordlessly deposited the price tags and the required money before leaving the store and flipping the hoodie up as he stepped into the oppressive sun.
