What if the government released a mutant who appeared to be an escapee from the Genesis facility, but was actually a double agent? I know it's far-fetched; I know most of the mutants under government control are virtually brain-dead and could never pass for a free mutant. And if they were to survive with their full consciousness, why would they submit to being controlled by Genesis? And would the government risk releasing a mutant with its full personality intact, capable of acting with free will? Surely a security risk. But the possibility is there." She sighed.
