Angel woke up in his room, his mind hazy and his body generally sore. His neck hurt, but he couldn't remember why. His hand slowly crept up to his neck, feeling the bandages, and then the memory flashed through his mind. "Agony!" He shot upright in his bed, then headed towards the door, without a thought towards changing out of the white tee and blue hospital pants. A vivid picture of Agony after she had changed flashed through his mind, her eyes no longer blue, but a strange crystal-like color, her hand up over her face, and the bloody wings that had just tore out of her back. Next thing he knew, she was sinking her teeth into his neck, aiming for the best arteries. What the hell was that all about? He wondered, Is she okay now? He almost bashed his door open, and then went across the hall to where he had seen Agony come out when he had met her. He knocked on her door gently at first, but after waiting only a few seconds, he pounded on it again. He had no idea what time it was, if it was even the same day or anything.
