Vers appeared on the rooftop, lying on the floor, with his right arm particularly battered. Picking himself off the rooftop, Vers gazed around, and removed his duster, staring at the heavily-battered robotic arm. Carefully, he detached it from his shoulder, removed two objects from his gauntlet: the fusion disk and some sort of memory card. Vers sighed as he set it on the rooftop, and disintegrated the fine piece of machinery with a nice dose of acid.
Vers looked around, and noticed the odd hole in the floor. "Lokk, get the golem started up. Here, insert this into my console, and get the most recent program ready," Vers said, tossing the memory card to Lokk. "We'll need to get out of here ASAP, but I'd like to see what's in this hole."
And with that, Vers jumped - with all of the dexterity and grace of a wingless bird - into the hole.
