The trainer riding upon the back of the Mightyena continued to rush through the lands, dust flying out and about as they rushed through the darkness at breakneck speeds. Lauren had no idea where the hell she was then and there. She tried to check out her compass but the damned thing just continued to spin wildly in circles. When she tried to check her watch she instantly regretted buying a cheap digital watch as the numbers continued to shift wildly without stopping. Lauren groaned in frustration. She had no idea what time it was, no idea where she was and had no idea where the city was. The young explorer almost decided to set up camp then and there but a sudden burst of thunder that struck the ground she was just on convinced her otherwise.

After quite some time however she eventually came upon a few bright blue lights adorned on what seemed to be a gateway into a city. Joy creeped up upon Miss Wells' face as she scratched the neck of her Mightyena. "Good boy Aeolus! Just a bit more!" She laughed as the berried up pokemon roared in pride as he continued to burst through. Lauren had made it a bit past the gate, just only slightly slowing down before spotting what seemed to be a trainer and a Raichu currently in their path.

"Slow down! Slow down!" She screeched as Aeolus stopped in front of the trainer just barely as he lifted his front paws in a way as to shift the momentum he was applied with. Lauren had to hold on strongly to his neck just to keep from falling off but once the large Mightyena was on the ground she sighed in relief as the trainer introduced himself to her.

Lauren laughed happily. She had met a local! The night already seemed to be looking up. "Well I'm--!" She tried to introduce herself to the pleasant trainer but after the long ride her legs seemed to have given out under her the moment she touched the ground. After a small stumble backwards and a small shriek Lauren Wells had fallen upon her butt. She groaned in pain as she slowly patted herself off and stoof up.

"Ahaha. Sorry for the lame introduction." She laughed as she straightened out her ponytail. "I'm Lauren Wells! Pokemon Explorer extraordinaire!" Lauren exclaimed as she boisterously laughed. "It's pretty bad out here." The pokemon explored chuckled as the Mightyena beside her seemed to sigh. "I'm pretty lucky to meet a local here! I'd like to ask you some questions about the area around here but I really just need to find a good place to stay for the night."
