"I know. I'm just going to miss you."

"...I'll miss you too. But I'll be back soon, I promise."

"You'd better be. I love you."

Those were the last words they'd said to each other before Finch left for his new life. One as something... Less than human. Now he stood before the gates of Canese University. It looked like any other upper-class boarding school, really, but this place was very different. This wasn't a school for rich kids or smart kids or kids with criminal records. It was a school for freaks. 

Just like him.

The teen sighed, pulling his hood over his head as he pushed the gates open. His main goal was to be as invisible as in-humanly possible as he lugged his suitcase through campus and tried to find his dorm. Even of that didn't work, maybe it'd at least let people know that he wasn't interested in socializing. All he wanted was to make his stay at this sideshow of a school as brief as possible.
