Carlotta was being dragged by her mother. She sighed as her mother's grip was beginning to bruise her upper arm. She practically threw Carlotta towards the gate.

"Now you'll behave here, do you hear me?!" her mother was nearly yelling. Carlotta rolled her eyes.

"Whatever you say mom," Carlotta said sarcastically. Her mother smacked her on the side of her head.

"And loose this 'goth' attitude you have". Her mother stomped off back to the corvette that was in the parking lot. Carlotta sighed, rubbing her cheek.

"It's all right Baza, the Wicked Witch of the West is gone," Carlotta said as a small, tired bat lazily flew to her shoulder. He rubbed against her cheek in affection. She laughed a little and walked passed the front gates immediately seeing a crowd of new students gathering and becoming friends. She sighed, 'Great, another school of being alone'.
