A small trickle of blood ran down Riot's arm as his hammer connected with the man's trident. The force was good enough to perhaps give riot the chance to attack again, but Kayato's entrance into the fight made that impossible. The swordsman began a series of advancing attacks. Riot managed to parry the first two strokes, but was caught off guard by the sudden spin, and suffered a gash on his left arm. He quickly blocked the next stroke for his other arm, and jumped to dodge the slash for his legs. With a growl, he blocked the sixth slash, and then took the offence, hoping to end this streak. He sung down, taking a slash across his pecks, and slammed his hammer into Kayato's foot. Yelling partially in pain, and partially with fury, he drove the opposite end of the hammer with the spike up Kayato's body.

Continuing his motion, he turned his attention to the trident wielding man, who was lunging at Riot's good arm. With a roar, he attacked Eldin with a fury that knew no mercy. Using both hands on the hammer to provide control and ignoring the pain in his left arm, he quickly smacked away the man's knife, and began a series of rapid jabs at Eldin's upper torso and face, then spun on his foot as he had seen the swordsman do, creating a huge amount of momentum, and attempted to strike Eldin in the ribs.
