Gosse was satisfied with Jimmy and Farris just stood there out of confusion. They both followed Jimmy and Erin upstairs to find a heavily armored man standing there. He gave them a speech. Gosse stood there, listening intentivily while Farris stood there annoyed and bored. Gosse realised he discovered all their tricks, so they had to think of new ones.

Farris said to the man in a low, bored voice, "I really don't give a damn who the fuck you are. All I want is to grab the fucking shard and get out of here. I've suffered enough for a day."

Gosse looked over to Farris. "This guy seems to know what he is doing. He's also an assassin. I'm not comfortable talking back to him, but," Gosse said now looking over to Damaco. "We need to get through. So can you just move and we can get on our way."

Farris was too pissed off to realize this, but Gosse remembered that Horace told them to avoid any assassins they didn't know. Gosse shifted uncomfortably in his place, hand on the button of his staff. Farris stood tall, trying to forget about his injurys and grabbled his duel Jambiyas.
