Water Hazard was sitting in his imprisoned cell, in the middle of a conversation with a scientist talking through a speaker, they were trying to get him to explain the details of his powers and how they work, but he was persistently not giving a real answers. "Listen, smartass if you don't give us all the details of your abilities for our report, my employee's will smash you into pieces!" Water Hazard smiled. "That's what she said. The only smashing that happens around here is your wife in bed last night." The scientist yelled out in rage at that statement, then gave one of his guards a large cleaver to stab Water Hazard with. "If anyone asks, #0416 tried to kill you and escape so you had to kill him in self defense."

The Guard nodded "I expect a raise for this one." he said as he left the room and went to #0416's containment cell. "Change of plans kid, Wish has decided they would be better off without snot-nosed punks like you!" he then charged at #0416 and sliced him in half. "Weird, I thought there would be more blood, oh well."

"That's because that didn't even hurt me."

The Guard was shocked, "Who the hell was that?". Water Hazard laughed, as he had his head resting on his hand with his elbow on the ground, his lower body quickly regenerated to him and he stood up. "I guess you didn't know I could liquidize myself and reform." He then absorbed water from the air into his right arm and punch the guard in the stomach with enough force to knock him into the wall. "Enough of this "#0416" crap, I am Water Hazard. Remember that as you die."

He then picks up The Guard's cleaver and stabs him with it, causing him to scream in pain. After that he had left on the run from more guards that would be heading his way.
