April watch Avidin leave, she was going to stop him and remind her about what he had said about his father. However if he was right and his parents wouldn't be here for a while then it wouldn't be a bad thing for him to go and hunt.
April left the stone slab and went over to the bed she had made the day before. She was about to try adding more leaves and things to it when she heard voices above her. It didn't sound like anyone that she recongized, however the bickering that she heard did seem fimilar. It sounded like the kind of conversation that Avidin had said that he parents would have. April swam up to the surface to see who it was. She saw a merman and a mermaid and both of them looked a little like Avidin. They must be his parents.
"You must be Avidin's parents. Am I right?" she asked.
