He'd have to improvise in some other means. The Drag'Konin roared loudly to attract the beasts attention, holding his ax into the air. Light blue ice magic flowed up from his arm and into the weapon, where he would use it as a hold to further propell it. When the Behemoth turned towards the distraction, Balthazar took a cautionary step back and lifted his shield. He waited. The monster let out another menacing roar and stormed forward, closing the distance to Baltahzar rapidly.

The Drag'Koin saw the opportune moment he'd been waiting for, and he suddenly lifted his ax into the air and brought it against the ground. The sharp blade cut through the soft earth, and the ice magic energy flowed onto it. The ice wave covered the ground and closed the distance to the Behemoth; catching it at the legs. Then an ice geyser formed beneath the Behemoth's belly, shooting cold shards upwards to cover the monster's belly in ice. The now slippery Behemoth would have no choice but to slide down the ice pathway Balthazar had made from him to it as its momentum brought it forward; and Balthazar stomped his foot against the ground to bring up a thick ice wall between him and it. With a smash of his fist against the massive glacier the opposing side towards the Behemoth monster suddenly cracked and shattered enough to form icy spikes.
