Bernael watched the other mermaids do whatever they where doing. She was tired and she lied motionless on the floor of the tank, as if she was dead; her arms sprawled out as the only sign of life to her was her exhaling and inhaling. Her chest went in and out as the top she was wearing fluttered up and down to match her chest. Her eyes stared upwards into the top of the tank as they became heavier and heavier and before she knew it, her mind had drifted off; still taking in on what had just happened. On top of that, she was thinking about the crew she had saw when she was captured. Out of all of the humans I saw, I had never saw such disgusting and undesirable humans in my life. Even the pirate ships the others had took down was more tasteful instead of these humans that looked dead; but then there was those humans who actually look human. I wonder if I would be able to touch one if I got close. It would be the first time I would get to touch one when he was alive. I wonder if they are warm, cold...

Her mind kept drifting and drifting of the thoughts and ideas of what this would bring. Her eyes shifted over towards the mermaid that was in the corner before she got up off of the tank floor and crawled-swim over towards the girl. "What is your name?" She sounded as if she demanded it, but her voice was filled kindness and it even sounded as if she was comforting her; but she wasn't. "Im Bernael." She said, looking over at her.
