Coralie
Cora woke up almost instantaneously, her eyelids only fluttering with a moments delay before she woke herself up. It wasn't anything odd for her, she had been waking up at the same time every day for practically her whole life. Some would say that it was simply to be by herself in the morning, leaving before her parents really had much of a chance to wake up and she would just agree. She shuffled awkwardly out of her bed, her feet landing on the strangely cold floor and she shivered for a second before lifting herself up; all the while keeping her eyes downcast. She headed to the bathroom, careful not to make any noise and shut the door, smiling as she heard the satisfying click as it was locked. She turned the shower on, watching as the water started falling from the head of the shower. She quickly stripped and headed under it, sighed a satisfactory sigh when the warm body assaulted her body.

She washed quickly, scrubbing her skin lightly and washing her hair swiftly before she turned the shower off and wrapped a towel around her for a second. She padded down the small hallway and turned into her room, opening her drawers and grabbing her clothes, slipping them on rather quickly. It seemed to be a pattern this morning; Coralie really wasn't in much of a mood to linger around her house this morning. She wanted to be outside and with a peek out of her window, the outside proved to be beautiful. She grimaced and looked down at her clothes, a washed out, grey long sleeve top with a pair of black skinny jeans. She shook the grimace from her face and looked around her room for a moment, trying to find her wallet, bag and ipod. After only a few minutes of rather fruitless searching she found her bag. She unzipped it quietly, letting the teeth go one by one to minimize the noise and peeked inside the bag, seeking out her wallet, ipod and now key. She smiled when she found them and left her room, not bothering to zip her bag back up, she would just do that outside.

And that she did, the second she got outside the apartment she locked the door and then zipped her bag back up, making her way to the local McDonalds where she knew she could catch a quick meal. She walked out of the empty building; she just assumed that people didn't like waking up early like her. It didn't really matter; being alone wasn't always that bad. She was more of a social person when she was at school; surrounded by people that possibly cared about her and was usually always happy. It was just how Cora was, she enjoyed the company of others and had, for that sole reason, always wished that she had siblings/ But at the same time, she was rather happy that she didn't.

She peeked up and noticed that she had been walking hastily and she was already at thee McDonalds. She had a feeling that she would be in this quick rut all day but didn't seem to have much of a problem. She walked in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and sat down at a table in the corner, pulling up the book that they were reading in English right now. She wasn't exactly a fan of Shakespeare but she had to admit that Macbeth wasn't a bad book. A little bit intriguing too, if she could say so herself. She flipped through the pages, reading uncharacteristically slow for once, absently mindedly munching on her sandwich. At least it would delay a bit more time so she wouldn't have to wait at the bus forever.

Although, sadly, nothing could really last forever and she was soon finished. She slipped the book back in her bag and slipped out of the fast food joint, ignoring the buzz of people around her and made way to her bus stop, it would come soon enough she vaguely hoped.
