Sephiroth smiled cruelly at Cloud and just pressed his Katana even deeper into his shoulder. "Tell me what you most cherish."He said in a sly voice. "Give me the pleasure of being able to take it away."Cloud felt the warm blood soak through his black leather pants and pour into the small puddle that was already forming around his muscled body.
Suddenly a fog formed over his eyes and Cloud was taken back in time. He saw Zach smiling down at him, Ariel looking at his awakening body, Tifa giving him a beautiful smile, and finally, one of the little kids staring at him. Then, he was back in the present.
Sephiroth looked down at him and Cloud looked around. This is what I cherish, he thought. This world. Cloud lashed out, grabbed Sephiroth's blade, and pushed it out of his shoulder. Cloud picked up his buster sword and slashed. Sephiroth easily jumped back and avoided it but Cloud just looked at him. "I pity you." He said. "You just don't get it." Cloud sprinted towards Sephiroth and launched him into the air. He bent down, spun his buster sword above his head, and jumped up at Seph.
Cloud's sword glowed blue as he said these last words. "There's not a thing I don't cherish." And then he got transported to a whole new dimension.
