Jinx blinked as suddenly a silver object flew by her in the direction of the demon. She raised her eyebrow at the weird man as he apologized. "I am Alphonse Ruize of the de la Ruize family. I'm an inventor and a genius-" her mind started to wonder A genius? Sounds like a pretty cocky thing to say for an introduction. He began talking about an accident that she had never heard of. While she was impressed at him for trying to get rid of the demon, she was also a bit irritated at his personality, which wasn't uncommon.
While he was talking the demon snuck up behind Alphonse and whacked him in the back sending him flying towards her. She ducked out of the way and he skidded towards Alyss. Reaching to her pocket she drew out her knives and advanced slowly towards the demon. She was repulsed by the demon and wanted nothing more than to see it dead, so she twirled her knives between her fingers and gave it a menacing smirk.
