Royal Occiden Family Gardens

"Tiris!? I know your here somewhere, I saw you come this way." Kaine called, leaning against the garden gate. He knew quite well that his little brother was trying to avoid him. "I hear there's a princess searching for you by name, she's taken up residence somewhere on these grounds. Won't you come to greet her?" It was a lie of course, the only princess around here who might be looking for Tiris was their own sweet sister Terin, and he hadn't seen her all day.

Tiris ignored his brother as he made his way deeper and deeper into the gardens, he knew Kaine would say just about anything to lure him out, he'd fallen for it too many times to count already, he also knew that Kaine was simply looking for a way to dispel his boredom. If Tiris came out, he'd in for an avalanche of teasing, stupid jokes, and pain as Kaine entertained himself at his expense.

So, Tiris kept quiet and finally slipped trough a small opening in a hedge. The opening was nondescript and easily overlooked and behind it was a small, long forgotten, private garden that Tiris had fallen into by accident just the other day. He loved it, and as of yet, no one (especially his brothers) had managed to find him there.

There was a nice bed of moss, covering most of the ground in the small enclosed space. A shady tree kept out most of the sun, and beautiful flowers lent a pleasant scent to the garden. Tiris laid down on the moss and watch the way the sunlight played through the branches of the tree. The weather was very pleasant, cool, but not cold. The dreaded snow had gone away and left behind the sun and the wonderful scent of wet earth and growing things. The only thing that could ruin his mood would be if someone were to show up, right there in his new hideaway.

By now (he hoped) Kaine had probably already given up and gone to find something else to occupy his time, maybe Osirin had happened by and they were now sparing in the practice field. Or maybe their sister had run into Kaine and had found something for him to do. Tiris didn't really care either way, so long as they all stayed away from this place.
