He stabbed the needle into Tony's side, getting punched in the process. Trying to drag himself out from Tony, his nose was bleeding, possibly even broken.

Elijah turned to face Sabrina. "Yes I do abuse medicine. But I know a lot more than you. I even know where all 385 pressure points are~" He swiftly walked over and grabbed her wrists. "So don't interfere with my patients." He looked back over at Tony, "and I will get you back for messing up my face." He told the guards to carry Lucille to Treatment Sector B.
