The alarm clock went off and Freya rolled over. She stretched her arms out by leaning back before she realized her tail was showing. She thought about letting it disappear but decided it would be alright untill she got dressed. She took a shower and let her hair dry, not caring about how it fell into its black, blonde and red waves. Her golden and green eyes were thin and feline-like and gave her a very sly look. She headed down to the kitchen of the mansion, but on the way down the steps she ran her hand over a great beast's pelt.

"Morning dad," she said to the pelt as if it could hear her. She sat down at the kitchen table where she had left her brown leather bag that her mother had enchanted to hold as much as she needed. She stuffed her sword in there as she ate out of a tin can. She licked her lips when she was done and headed upstairs to get dressed. Today was the day, so she would be wearing her finest hunting outfit. A black leather tank with leather leggings and black boots. She looked deadly in the outfit and it complimented her curves. She was about a foot taller than her mom, but a spitting image of Arabella's face. Except her eyes were usually slitted and she wasn't scared to death of every little thing.

Freya stepped out into the sun as the neighbor's dogs began barking. She gave a hiss to them and they shut up and ran away with their tails between their legs. She smiled triumphantly before thinking where to head off first. She had hunted many humans in the past, but they were simple hunts. She wasn't going after the biggest human in history. She disappeared with a flash of lightning and the bolt of electricity could be seen as she travelled. Nothing could catch her since she was as fast as lightning. Her mother had given her hints of their hideout so she would head there first. She found a tree nearby an abandoned house and sat in a limb. A boy ran in, screaming that certain human's name and Freya smiled maliciously. She decided sitting outside and waiting for her prey would be best. She didn't think anyone would care about a cat sitting in a nearby tree. It was all black with red and blonde stripes like lightning bolts across its pelt.
