Locke nodded in reply to Amber's request. Though right now even he was beginning to doubt the safty of this home. Maybe it would be best to leave, make way until they found more shelter. These days, traveling in numbers wasn't always the safest option, it would be so much easier to be spotted.

The demon was still debating on whether or not to grab Veronica and head out when the prettiest girl he'd ever seen peeked her hear in through the doorway. She had vibrant orange hair and the most amazing blue eyes, even in the dim light he could tell. The boy felt his face flush and he averted his eyes trying to ignore her presense.

He decided to distract himself by focusing on the others conversation. But of course the others noticed the girl and spoke to her. The vampire talked to her, denying the girl's request, Locke frowned and spoke on her behalf, "I don't need to stay inside, I won't be sleeping anyways. Let her in and I'll patrol the area outside or something." He couldn't imagine them having a problem with it, though it may cause a bit of a fit from Veronica. Oh well, the damn brat would live.
