Mike couldn't help but laugh at the corny joke he just he heard. It might nave beem that good but somehow it made him laugh. Doug simply rolled his eyes, jokes clearly not being the little pokemon's thing. His trainer then followed Sean, still smiling a bit from the joke.

The battle club much bigger then he ever expected. It was at least three stories high, having railings on the upper levels to easily see the battles that would take place. It seemed as if every wall had about fifty windows, all letting sunlight in making it seem as if the place never needed to use man-made lights. Mike couldn't help but stare at the high ceiling with a painting of some kind of epic battle between pokemon he had never even seen or heard of before. He then looked over at Sean, wondering a bit if he was having a similar experience.

Doug couldn't care much for what the building looked like and was instead looking for a battle partner. And quickly the Aron found one, charging in head first at a trainer and his Raticate. Mike noticed a small puddle of slime in its path and chased after the pokemon, picking him up, falling, then sliding and finally yelled as he continued going til he hit the wall. He then looked down at Doug, muttering, "Are you ok?" The Aron simply nodded and was a bit afraid to move. So, Mike stood, holding his pokemon and sigh, knowing he had just made himself look like a fool.
