Gabriel had been sitting in a compartment on the train alone for a good twenty minutes, and was slowly becoming impatient. Being just him and his old owl, Ebony, he had nothing to really do besides sit and stare at the empty seat across from him. However, he had plenty of quiet time to just relax and think of what might happen this year at Hogwarts or whatever else popped into his brain. He knew one thing, something was extremely different about this particular year. Gabe couldn't put his finger on it just yet, but he did have a weird feeling in the deepest part of his gut. Maybe it was just him though, he dismissed the thought of something bad going to happen, giving him one less thing to worry about. Yet, there was a small bit of worry in the back of his mind. 'And where is Damion?' he wondered, quirking a brow. They had rode on the train together every year since Damion's first. 'Probably running late,' He came to the conclusion, chuckling at the thought of it.

"Anything from the trolley?"

Gabriel was yanked from his thoughts, giving a slight jerk as he gazed over at a older looking woman. She had her head poked into his compartment, having somehow squeezed in through the small crack he left just in case someone he knew wanted to sit with him. He blinked, nodding slowly as he stood, Ebony screeching as he done so. He walked to the door when the girl stepped back, peering at the trolley. "I'll take two chocolate frogs, please." he mused, grabbing for his wallet.
Having paid and received his chocolate Gabe walked back over and sat down, reaching over and unlocking the door of Ebony's cage. The small owl jumped out and flew to the headpiece behind which he was sitting. She was always trying to be really close to Gabe, when he first got her he swore she wanted to bite his face off. With a heavy sigh he leaned back. At least the train was moving now..
