Finally Krissy set her eyes on the large park that she offten came too. Letting out a sigh of relife, she slowed from a sprint to a jog before completely stopping to catch her breath. Her lungs were stinging by now, due to the cold mornings air, and how fast she'd been running. She doubled over for a moment, her hands resting against her knees as she felt her phone vibrate once more. Tugging it from her pocket she read the message, before punching in a reply. The oak tree. Where we always meet. Once she sent the text, Krissy looked around for a moment. She hadn't been thinking when she'd ran from her house, and was almost expecting Alex to pop out of nowhere and begin lecturing her once more. Ugh..I don't need that.. She thought to herself, making her way across the park to the larger oak tree.

Once she reached the large tree, Krissy brushed a few stray pink hairs away from her eyes as she looked up into the dark branches. Krissy fell completely silent for a moment, gazing up into the dark leaves. She'd always been somewhat amazed by the large old tree. When she was younger, she offten thought the tree was the oldest thing in their little town. Though, now as she gazed up into the darkness, a shiver ran down her spine.
