Rick had been desperately attempting to return the breath of life to The Fallen's tour bus for the last half-hour or so. Seeing as he was the only band member with applicable mechanical knowledge; and the only one who had ever been on a tour before, ever, in addition to having been a roadie at several important junctions in his life, this stop had required him to try his hand at doing what even the driver himself could not. So as the rest of the band sat in the bus and complained about how much it sucked to have to ride the bus with Haven, Rick had desperately fought against time, underequipped-ness, and common sense to make it so that the rest of the band wouldn't have to complain about how much it would suck to have to ride the bus with Haven.

In the end, the machine won out over the man, and Rick gave up on the engine, slamming the grate into place with an exhausted sigh. Now he would not only have to put up with his bandmates bitching over every little thing on the ride to Glasgow, but he would have to put up with the girls bitching back.

He really didn't want to do this. Even as he moved over to the bus containing Haven and a few of his own bandmates, he could hear Zeke already yelling - something about his not knowing about the show starting in Glasgow, just doing the show in England, et cetera, et cetera, he sounded like a hormonal twelve year old girl.

"You sound like a hormonal twelve year old girl, Zeke, calm down and put in a tampon, maybe you'll feel better after that." Rick grunted as he moved his bass's hardcase over to Haven's bus and settled it into a seat where he wouldn't have to be close to either band's whining. "Yes, the show starts in Glasgow, then goes to Edinburgh, then Leeds, then London, just like our tour manager told us when we left the airport yesterday. Yes, you were the only one that didn't know this." Rick turned to head back down the steps of the bus, then had a second thought, turned, and looked back at Zeke with an exhausted, angry look on his face - "And no, I don't need help moving my equipment. Thanks for offering."
