Sly was now truly worried...he had presumed that she just hid away her..."Soul-Stealer"...In shame. He shot up, grabbing her and pulling her away from the fire. "Zanetta!" His voice was a mixture of a cool scowl and a worried cry. Pulling her away, he looked to the arm. "God damn it, Zanetta..." The arm was seriously burned, and would need some serious medical attention. She fought against him, however, which only called for one course of action:
He hugged her.
He wrapped his arms tightly around her, and, he being much stronger than she, kept her away from the flames. "Zanetta...don't do that..." He made a motion to his mark of the Emperor, which, still being shirtless, was plainly seen. "Fire cannot burn away everything." He refused to let go of her, fearing that she would seriously injure herself. He felt fear nearly as equivalent as he had back when he was young...back when he was forced to witness the murder of his family. "I know...it doesn't work like that..."
