Sly gave a "Hmph" as Red and the villagers celebrated. "Do not be so hasty." He turned back to the large man, who had been seemingly felled by the onslaught of arrows. His glare silenced the cheering teenagers. "Fools!" He was truly pissed. He had been looking to a good, old-fashioned fight with the man, and now he would have to fight him injured. He pointed with a growl at them. "NEVER underestimate your opponent!"

As if to prove his point, the beast of a man lurched forward with a yell, narrowly missing Sly as he side-steped, kicking the throat of the man, causing a coughing fit from the monstrosity of a human. Sly, while the man coughed, continued on his rant toward the teenagers. "If you all aspire to be warriors, you must be able to fight like warriors!" He gave another kick. "Granted, your aim is well, but have you no respect for a fight of honor between two men?! Have you no honor to slay a man who is committed to battle with a single opponent?!" Turning around, exposing his back to the young ones, he now growled to the man. "Get up."

While he was turned, a sharp-eye of the group noticed the mangled mark of the Emperor on his back. The boy freaked for moment, knocking back an arrow. "He is in the service of the Emperor!" The boy released the string, the arrow flying, stinking itself into the back of Sly, the arrow hitting the shoulder-mark with accuracy. Sly did not flinch, nor did he cry in pain, as the metal head buried itself in the flesh of the male. But he did growl with aggravation. The strip of dress that covered his arm wound burst into flames as a fiery symbol appeared over it, the arm growing in a demon-esqe like mannor. He gave a yell of anger, the flames transferring from his arm to the large male, who screamed as he burned alive.

Sly then turned around, staring at the male who shot him, fury emanating from his very being. "Care to repeat that comment, boy?"
