Aderia continued to watch the grounds. She needed to keep herself distracted from the princes. She had a job to do. The other two girls who had arrived already were not doing such a great job. Did they even know why they were here? Obviously not as Aderia felt as though she was the only one doing something right. Her hand reached behind her and gripped her blade tightly. It was kept neatly in its shaft but she still felt its healing comfort and made her feel safe.
Aderia seemed to be the oldest of the girls and as she looked over at the princes, it seemed the was the oldest as well with one exception. The tallest came forward, bowing before them and introducing himself as Roy. He seemed older than her, not by much however, perhaps a year. Aderia nodded her head in appreciation at his attempts of communicating with them. Back straight, Aderia allowed herself to curtsy as she had been taught before her mothers passing. Head bowed slightly and as she rose, her eyes caught the beautiful aqua color of Roy's. Flushing slightly, she turned her attention to the twins that appeared.
She had overheard some of the conversation and knew that one of them was a troublemaker, Matthew as he introduced himself. As he approached, Aderia felt her red heart necklace begin to grow warm against her flesh. Looking down she saw it begin to glow and she approached Matthew. The heat increased and she sighed. Of course she would be the one to get the trouble maker to protect. "Hello. My name is Aderia. Aderia Marie Bellfleur. And it appears Matthew... I am your guardian. Your protector." Aderia turned toward Roy, a small sigh escaping her. She had hoped perhaps she would be paired with the eldest. It only seemed fitting. But alas, the necklace was the chooser. Aderia was curious however if the other girls knew as much as she did.
