Darius was getting bored again: His rebellious nature was kicking in. He hated sitting around, unless there was a damn good reason. Sitting made him feel caged and under somebody's control, and he refused that. So instead of being all cool and stuff, he turned around and walked up the stairs to make sure Dusk had found a good place to sleep. She intrigued him, that was for sure. Her hair color, the way she doesn't care who sees her really tired, etc. But she wasn't like one of the girls he would date: More like just some girl that he could talk to and not have to pull off him later. "Later guys, I'm going back upstairs." He said as he turned to go up the stairs.
Matty was doing a pretty good job, but Darius didn't want to slip down the stairs and make himself look like a complete dunce, so he ran up the stairs instead, hoping that going too fast to slip would help. And somehow, it did. Once at the top, he gave Matt a wink and walked away. After talking to a maid, he found where Dusk was bunking for their little 'field trip' and knocked on the door. Normally he would walk in, but she was a girl after all. They threw stuff at guys that walked in the door unannounced.
